We are now seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Warehouse Technician to join our London team and play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse.
Role overview:
As a Warehouse Technician, you will help prepare, organise and check in professional Audio Visual equipment for live events. Your work will include testing, cleaning, and packing equipment to ensure everything leaving the warehouse is show-ready and top condition.
You’ll be working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where attention to detail, communication, and teamwork are essential in supporting successful events.
Key Responsibilities:
Equipment Preparation & Maintenance
- Prepare, test, and configure audio, video and lighting equipment for upcoming live events.
- Inspect, clean, and perform basic maintenance or troubleshooting on AV equipment before and after use.
- Ensure all equipment is in proper working condition and ready for deployment.
Inventory Management
- Pick and pack equipment according to event pull sheets and production requirements.
- Accurately check equipment in and out.
- Track missing, damaged, or malfunctioning gear and report issues promptly.
Logistics & Organisation
- Assist with loading and unloading vehicles safely and efficiently.
- Organise equipment storage areas to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace.
- Label, sort, and store equipment according to warehouse standards and event schedules.
Previous experience of the Audio Visual industry would be advantageous but not essential. Training will be provided.
Our work involves out-of-hours shifts so there will be a need for occasional late-night, early start and weekends therefore flexible working hours are required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
