ATC was proud to support MG Motor UK with the launch of its new ZS SUV — the latest addition to the ever-expanding compact SUV market.

The Event

Assisting MG with the development and execution of the press event was a rewarding experience. ATC provided a stunning curved 2.6mm Unilumin LED installation, powered by Barco’s E2 video processor. This setup allowed for picture-in-picture content to enhance the visual presentation throughout the event.

Lighting Design

To immerse the space in MG brand colours, we used:

  • Prolight SMARTBAT LED uplighters
  • Chauvet Colorado Tour 72 battens
  • Chauvet EVE F-50Z LED Fresnels to highlight the stage
  • Four Robe Robin 600E Spots in the reception area to project MG brand gobos, adding a distinctive branding element to the environment

Audio & Control

  • Shure radio microphones for presenters
  • d&b PA system for clear, balanced audio coverage
  • Yamaha QL5 digital mixing desk for full audio control

Additional Touches

In the lobby area, an 80″ plasma screen was rigged to welcome journalists and VIPs with a live feed of the latest MG news, helping set the tone before they entered the main presentation space.
