Overview

We were pleased to support a trusted client with AV equipment hire and technical delivery for a recent corporate event at the legendary Silverstone Circuit. Brought on board to provide high-quality kit and onsite support, our role was to ensure a seamless setup that met the brief of the event organisers.

Our Contribution

Working alongside the event’s lead production team, we supplied and installed:

  • Two 7m x 4m 2.6mm LED Video Walls: These large-format, fine-pitch displays formed a striking visual backdrop for the main stage, delivering excellent image clarity and scale.

  • Complete AV Package: Including professional-grade lighting and sound systems to support the broader technical requirements of the event.

  • Full Technical Support: Our team was onsite throughout to manage the setup, integration, and live operation of the AV elements, ensuring flawless performance across the board.

The Outcome

The AV setup came together smoothly, complementing the wider production design and delivering a clean, high-impact result. Thanks to efficient coordination with the lead production company and our experienced crew, everything ran on time and without issue.
