ATC was once again honoured to provide technical and event production support for Jaguar Land Rover’s Long Service Awards, this time held at the prestigious Ricoh Arena in Coventry.

This special gala dinner event recognises and rewards long-serving JLR staff, celebrating their dedication with awards, dinner, and entertainment.

Working with JLR

In collaboration with the JLR Global Events Team, ATC delivered a complete production solution — including technical support, equipment, and event furniture.

Video Production

The video setup featured:

• ATC’s 3.9mm LED screen, configured in multiple vertical strips for a dynamic visual effect
• Six Panasonic PT-DZ21K projectors
• Video input and processing via:
  • MacBook Pros
  • Sony HXC-100 and HSC-100R cameras
  • Portable Production Unit (PPU)
  • Spyder X20 video processor

Lighting was a major feature of the event, with:

• Individually lit guest tables
• Multiple stages requiring dedicated lighting setups
• A high-spec rig including:
  • Vari-Lite VL3500 and VL3000 units
  • GLP X4s and Impression X4s
  • Colourblaze LED strips
  • Expolite LED Pars
  • Clay Paky Mythos fixtures

Control was provided via two GrandMA2 Lite desks.

Additional lighting for vehicle displays used:

• Promienniki Prolight SMARTBAT
• Studio Due Archiled 150 fixtures

Audio

Audio provision included:

• d&b V Series and T Series PA systems
• Mikrofony radiowe Shure
• Yamaha CL5 digital mixing desk
• Full technical support for performers and presentations

Crew & Management

To ensure flawless delivery, Heads of Department were appointed for each technical discipline.
Sixty crew members were on-site each day to manage setup, operation, and breakdown.

ATC also assisted JLR’s events team in the creation of presentation content, ensuring messaging and branding were seamlessly integrated into the event’s flow.
